Are you on PS4 or XB1? Rainbow Six was updated by the developer last month and not only is the aim/look mechanic different, there are now two control versions, Classic and Updated. Neither one feel good with our old profiles so we have been working on updating them for each control version. We have the PS4 Update control profile done now and will post XB1 tomorrow. We will also be posting the profiles for the Classic control setting in another day or two. If you are on PS4 go here and use this profile and the settings listed.

I'm PS4 and I downloaded the updated profile and every time I move my wrist slow it moves fast but when I move it fast it moves slow

From that description I think your mouse movement sensitivity is set too high and you are hitting the game's turn speed limit as explained here. Back down your sensitivity to around 30-35 and start increasing it in small steps until it feels right and your fast movement doesn't take you over the maximum turn speed. Let me know if this helps.

It kinda helped but it just feels slugish know idk if its me or the actual game

With the turn speed cap and non-linear movement curves you need to get a feel for the maximum speed and adjust your play style a bit for it. If you take your controller's right thumbstick and hold it to the left or right, that is the maximum turn speed of the game and as you can see, it's really easy to move the mouse faster than that which is what creates the issue. I will be creating a profile for the Classic control setting next week which may feel better to you depending on your play style.
