    Hi, when ever I switch profiles by clicking f1 or f2 and then come back to my original profile game the Marco's dont work

    Please check the version in your KeyMander against the most recent version by clicking the Settings icon (highlighted with red arrow), then clicking the circled "i" on the Settings menu (highlighted with yellow arrow).

    The current software and firmware versions will be shown as seen in the image below. If your firmware is the same there is no need to update. Also, if you have old versions of firmware stored in your PC, make sure not to update to an older version.

    You should be able to update it following the instructions here, so let us know what it says if you cannot update for some reason.
