Keymander 2 connected along w keyboard and mouse but they don't work

    I have connected my keyboard and mouse to my keymander 2 and downloaded the iOS app with the R6 Profile and setup my keybinding but when I try to use the keyboard to move nothing happens and I have to use the controller. any help or tips? please and thanks
