Keymander keyboard question

    everything seems to work fine except for one little glitch. I scroll up and down and left and right using w,s,d,a. when I try to use them they skip one option. for example if I have a menu with 5 options and I am one number 1 when I use s to scroll down it goes to option 3 instead of option 2.

    This happens in game play and on the main screens of the Xbox 1 S console. I have used a wireless keyboard and mouse and also a usb keyboard and mouse and it makes no difference.

    Yep, that sounds like a glitch and something in the firmware or your profile may have been corrupted. Did you ever accidentally disconnect while the KeyMander was saving a profile when PC was connected? In any case, back up your current profiles and export them so you have them saved. Update the KeyMander to the most recent firmware here and then test it with the one of our sample profiles. If all is good, import the profiles you saved and see if everything still works correctly.
