K&M works but mouse won't shoot

    (PS4)All of my keyboard buttons work, but for the mouse, no buttons work except to look around. M1 and M2 is set in place of L2 and R2 and do not work. Is the reason why it is not working because I do not have the compatible Mouse, as directed by your keyboard and mouse compatibility list?

    I know I have a charge & sync cable because my keyboard and mouse is working, but aiming and shooting doesn't work. Do I need a different charging sync for my mouse to work? Or just a different Mouse? Tested with Razer lancehead wireless(with a cord to make it wired) and Logitech M100 mice, I can look around but cannot shoot/aim.

    What profile are you using? If you are using one of our sample PS4 profiles did you change the L2/R2 buttons?

    I setup my profile manually, I could not download the profiles from this website, it said there was an attachment of 133kb but could not download. Was trying to download PS4 Rainbow Six Siege profile but couldn't, so I just mapped my own.

    I checked your permissions and you are a full member so you should be able to right click the profile and select "Save As" to save it to your computer. For now I will message you the profile to get you going.

    Will you sending me the profile for PS4 Rainbow Six Siege, allow the L2 and R2(M1 and M2) to work? I'll have to try it when I get home tonight. I'll let you know. Thank you for your helpfulness.

    hey i imported the profile/group and nothing happens, is there something else I have to download besides the firmware and software for the profile to show after you import it?
