Keymander is not working properly

    I recently got the keymander ge1337p and followed every instruction to the t but when i go to use in the game it doesnt work and when it does work all that happens is the weapon will fire on its own and the mouse isnt registering. i also tried different profiles as well it will make the beep sound but wont swap to it. i also tried different cables. The power, setting, kb mode/turbo mode lights come on as well

    Let's start with some basic information like what console you are using? Next, did you use your own micro USB cable when connecting the controller to the KeyMander or did you use our 3-headed cable with the micro USB test connector?

    im having the same problems. i was never sent the 3 headed cable.
