    We are not able to connect . The joy stick works but the keys do not.

    Ok, I'll have to order one and see if it is a configuration or a compatibility issue. Someone else on the forum just asked a similar question about the Tartarus V2 so I'll have to test them out to see.

    I also purchased a Tartarus Pro to go with KeyMander and my PS4 and it's not working. The only buttons that work are the button over the joystick that seems to correspond to the Circle button on my PS4 controller, and the joystick on the Tartarus that corresponds to the movement joystick on the PS4 controller. Please let me know if there's going to be an update to KeyMander so that my Tartarus Pro will function.

    Hi Allyson,
    We purchased the new Tartarus v2 to develop a patch for it but it is not yet ready. We have several mice/joystick patches in the works, but between the KeyMander 2 launch and the Corona virus outbreak in China some things have been delayed. I'm sorry that we do not yet have a time frame for this update.

    Can I get a refund then? I have had this KeyMander since Dec 2019 and it doesn't look like there's an going to be a solution for it to work with my Tartarus Pro anytime in the near future. Or if the KeyMander 2 IS going to work with Tartarus Pro, I'll would like to exchange my current one.

    Was there ever a solution to getting the tartarus pro to work with the keymander? my tartarus v2 has always worked, just switched over to the pro and im getting the same problem that only the joystick works
