Keymander and game bugs

Here are some bugs I've been experiencing with my keymander and game (ignore the dots to the left of the texts, I couldn't indent so I did that instead)
1. Weird beep
Every once in a while(not often) I'm playing a game then my keymander does a weird beep, its . sounds like a noise from an sci fi movie, and when that happens the deadzone goes berserk I'm . not moving my mouse but my screen keeps shifting up. and when I press W (or any movement . button) I keep going that way(for a solid 2-3 seconds) even though I let go of W. (it might not be . dead zone though) I have found a temporary solution, which is to unplug ur keymander and plug it . back in and that fixes it till the next weird beep. So the question is why is it doing that and can I stop it from doing that permanently?
2. Apex legends heal wheel/grenade wheel/ping wheel switch
Ok, So most of us have played apex legends, a great game with its fast paced game play and . smooth movement. so the bug is when the in-game sens. is on 8(max sens) the wheels(by that I . mean when you hold down a button, such as the heal button it brings up a wheel where you can . switch to different things) don't work with you mouse, they work with your controller but not your . mouse, why I don't know. The only in-game sens. I have tried is low ones from 3-4 and that seems . to work (haven't tried high ones though like 7) so I was wondering why does it do that? its just . a bug like the other one that's just annoying to deal with but doesn't affect gameplay greatly if you . know how to fix it

(I would like these answers for the questions in there. But this is also for people who experience these glitches and need a simple fast fix)

It sounds like your KeyMander is losing controller connection and possibly due to a power issue. If you are using an RGB keyboard and mouse, I suggest connecting a 1amp power supply, like an iPad or Android phone charger, to the KeyMander's Power port. If the problem is power related that will solve it.

To use the wheels you have to hold the key for the wheel you want and then move the mouse. However, when the wheel menu is open some mouse sensitivity settings may not have enough movement seen by the game to register since the game is looking for continued analog movement and your mouse gives a quick swipe. The way to overcome this is most games is to find a balanced sensitivity or use a mouse curve to ramp up (or down) the sensitivity at the beginning or end of the mouse movement as needed. If you use the most recent Apex Legends profiles they were configured to work with the wheel menus in Season 1. We haven't yet seen if any aim/look mechanics where changed in Season 2 as we have been working on the profiles for the recent big releases such as CoD Modern Warfare, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Gears 4 and Borderlands 3. We will be reviewing Apex Legends again soon in case anything has been updated.
