    I have the Logitech G933

This mic works like a charm on PC and has some of the best audio quality I’ve ever heard, as well as being comfortable as the cool side of your pillow.

For Xbox, it won’t work. I have managed to hear game volume at a very low volume even with the volume knob cranked all the way up, and I’ve managed to hear crackly distortions of what should be my friends’ voices, but it won’t work as designed.

I’ve googled what feels like everything about this issue. I’ve attempted to update the firmware until it told me that my device isn’t connected as I was using it to listen to music on PC.

I’ve tried plugging it in without an adapter, and also with my turtle beach adapter. I’ve tried directly wiring everything to my Xbox. I’ve tried running it wirelessly with the Bluetooth USB drive from the ear piece.

Does anybody here have a working Logitech G933 on Xbox one?

Are you using the G933's 3.5mm cable with the inline controls connected to the controller 3.5mm jack?
