mouse not working properly when connect to the keymander

    hello so i have a zelotes gaming mouse that wont work when connected to the keymander directly but if i connect the mouse to my computer and use it on playmode or simulation mode it works perfectly fine just not when connected directly to the keymander...any solutions? or is my mouse just not compatible with it? would really like to turn my computer off so that i only have one system running

    Can you please give us the model number of your mouse so we can look into it? It sounds like there is a compatibility issue with the mouse, so we will like to buy one and test it.
