set up problems

    i just received my keymander and went through the setup. downloaded a profile for overwatch and saved. unplugged from pc and hooked it up to the ps4. i says cant use ps3 controller??? its saved as ps4 overwatch profile? why is it so hard to setup??? watched vid read instructions. losing hope fast please help
