I have a idea IOS has a developer program that cost money and signing services, its a way to garrentee your app gets on iPhone.

If you can code the app trough github as a ipa you can have a signing service like tweakbox or ignition.fun sign it for free, or buy a devoloper certificate that cost around a few hundred dollar.
Of cousre apple would make it cost that much but its a better alternitive then app store being a long shot.

anybody with any 64 bit device on ios 7-ios 12.3.1 can use by sideloading it with cydia impactor which is the free route sense its a self signer.

Or the paid method, buying a certificate to redistribute your app but is always sign and you rebuy a certificate every year.

Also when you make this happen please dont add jailbreak detection because every one of my devices are jailbroken for ext3nder which auto signs my apps.
