When im playing cod bo4 on ps4 it goes all smooth then 10 mins later the mouse starts a delay and its like 30secs to 1 min long, is there any tips to fix this? This can get really annoying especially when the game starts to get serous. then i have tried to connect my mouse and keyboard via direct connect to the keymander and my mouse reads fine but my keyboard doesn't function for some odd reason. this product is really buggy can you please help me please i have re downloaded the firm ware and still does the same problem.

It sounds like your PC has too many open programs eating up your memory or processor function which is causing it to stop responding. Try closing everything running in the background and then run the KeyMander software. If that doesn't solve the issue, restart in Safe Mode, turn off your anti-virus and then open the KeyMander software to see if the problem is resolved. I actually had this same problem when I was temporarily using a very old laptop running in Play Mode. The Laptop had too many processes running in the background, and it wasn't mine so I couldn't remove the problem ones, but that should have fixed it.

What keyboard do you have that is not working when connected directly to KeyMander?

    Hi Kenny,
That looks like a direct China import keyboard which may or may not be ASCII compliant. If you do not have another keyboard you can try, connect your mouse directly to your KeyMander and connect the keyboard through the computer, then see if you still have issues with either.

Also, are you using the sample profile we provide for BO4 and if so are you using the in-game settings listed on the profile page?

Man i have tried all of the steps that you told me to do and it did not solve the problem at all. I tried to live and adjust to the random delays but it is just soo frustrating. I have a feeling it has something to do with your software. I have been searching for a solution to fix this in other discussions on your forum but it seems like you just tell everyone to restart into safe mode which does not work. It can't be my PC i have a Ryzen 5 1600X and 12 gb of RAM i practically have little to no software running when i open the keymander software up. Please fix your stuff

We cannot replicate the problem with the description you provided, so please help us get a better understanding. This happens only when connected to the PC and does not happen with the mouse and keyboard connected to the KeyMander, correct? When the "delay" happens what is delayed, keyboard commands, mouse movement or both? Does it happen in every game or only a specific game? What games are you playing where this happens?

    • Yes this problem only happens when connected to the PC not the keymander
•When the delay starts to happen only the mouse gets delayed and glitchy not the keyboard
•Yes the delay happens in every game usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes to occur
•This delay happens in EVERY game I play especially the games that I have listed in the title of this discussion.

    • And the problem cant be because of the mouse I have... I have tried using 3 different mouses and the problem still occurs.

Ok, that's exactly what I needed to hear. I'm guessing what you see is the view keeps moving the direction it was headed and you can't change it for several seconds when it gets glitchy, correct? Please confirm.

Ok, that narrows it down to what I believe is a PC software conflict, and we are looking into it right now as we have at least 4 users with the same issue on PC. The short term fix is to connect your keyboard directly to the KeyMander and it will not happen, but we are looking into the permanent fix.

Okay please feel free to let me know on when you have a solution for this problem because i prefer to play on the simulation/play now mode. The button mapping is way easier and less complicated on that mode. your product has a lot of potential its just these little bugs are holding it back!!

Yes, I will definitely let you know. I also prefer to play on Simulation since I can make changes on the fly, so it is much more convenient.

We have found some inconsistencies in two areas and our still working on it. Our engineers need a little info to help us confirm it if you can provide the following:

    1. Connection: Is KeyMander connected to Console only, Console and PC or Console and Power port?
    2. Does your KeyMander have the 3.5mm Data port next to the reset button or not?
    3. KeyMander software version running on your PC?
    4. KeyMander firmware version running on the device?
    5. What game(s) is/are affected?
    6. What console are you on (XB1 X, S, XB1 original, PS4 Pro, Slim, PS4 original) and what model controller are you using?
    7. Keyboard make/model?
    8. Mouse make/model?
    9. If PC connected, what OS and anti-virus software are you running?

In the meantime you can connect the mouse and keyboard directly to the KeyMander and should not have the issue.

    1. Console and PC

    2. Yes it does have a 3.5mm

    3.Product Version 1.3. 122.0

    4. Idk but when i set the device up it was up to date

5.Every game i play is effected but if you want names games like Call of duty, Apex legends, fortnite ETC

    6. PS4 Slim and the model controller is MODEL CUH-ZCT2U

7\8. Key bored is DMYCO and mouse is RYTAKI but I don't think the key bored and mouse is the problem. i have used multiple keyboards and mice and the problem still occur.

    9. Im running windows 10 Pro and antivirus is Windows Defender but i don't think the anti virus is the problem because even with it off and PC on safe mode the problem still occur.

Sorry i took so long to reply i forgot :))))

Thank you for the information! Can you please try doing the following and see if the problem still happens?
Charge your controller fully before connecting to KeyMander. Next, connect a mini USB cable to any USB power source such as a phone charger, etc. and connect the micro USB end to the KeyMander's Power port. If you don't have another mini USB cable (most people don't have these old style cables sitting around), you can upload your profile to KeyMander and then move the cable from the PC port to the Power port and connect it to a power supply. If this solves the problem for you please let us know ASAP.
