Can't upgrade the Keymander firmware

    Firmware upgrade always fails.
    In the firmware upgrade utility it says "No HID device attached to USB port".
    The Keymander is attached to my laptop with 2 cables (from Power and PC to 1-1 USB port). If i run the software, i can set the profiles etc, but the firmware upgrade doesn't work from there either.

    Can you try the same process ( via the software ) but connect the POWER cord to a USB power brick instead of your PC.

    Also what lights do you see on the keymander when you run the firmware file?

    Thanks for your help!

    I tried with the USB power brick and it worked, the upgrade is complete!

    I'll try it with the PS4 Pro again, because my main problem was with the PS4 controller connection (i can't control the PS4 with a controller through the Keymander). When it doesn't work, i'll write you.
