Do you see the controller turn off and on when this happens? Also what version Xbox are you using?

I have a similar situation. Keymander had been working well for a period playing Battlefield 1 on XBOX One, but then although the F3 button beeped when pressed, no other key worked on the keyboard. Looked up compatible keyboards, bought a Logitech G213 and still the same issue. I have a Steel Series Sensi mouse, that although old, was working fine, but now does not work with the Keymander box. Any assistance would be great.

so i downloaded the firmware on my laptop(this is all following the youtube video showing how to adjust keybinds and set up the keymander that was posted by iogear). i plugged in the keymander and the cords to their designated spots. then i plugged in the usb in the mouse spot. i tried moving the mouse, typing in the keyboard and it wouldn’t function. i replaced the batteries on both keyboard and mouse, unplugged it, plugged it back in, turning them off and on. nothing seems to work. i really wouldn’t like to waste $125 on a defective product. ( i got the bundle with the kaliber mouse and keyboard). please help

How do you have the controller connected to the keymander? Also what console are you on?

I’m also having a connection issue. Everything thing clicks when i press the correct f keys. The only button that works is that space bar for A. I’m running keymander on an Xbox one playing fortnite using Logitech keyboard and mouse g501s and g502

Lets check the connection between the controller and the keymander. To test the cable shutoff the controller then reconnect it to the keymander ( make sure xbox is on ). If the controller turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it buzzes and turns off then it is just a charging cable.

Got it working. I have one last question. The macro settings didn’t seem to bind nor did the mouse buttons work at alllll, I have a Logitech g502. Any suggestions?

What buttons on the G502 are you trying to use? Without the logitech software there is limited buttons you can use on the G502.

can the Logitech software be integrated to keymander? I believe I was attempting to bind g4 and g5

G4 and G5 are mouse forward and mouse back in the keymander software. Those ones should not need the software. But if you want to use all of them you can connect the mouse to a PC then use simulation mode in the keymander software to send the mouse to the Keymander.
