When I first got the keymander everything was working fine, then after about 2-3 months it starts acting up with my mouse and I constantly have to tilt the usb on the mouse to get it to work again. And today it won’t even let me get it to work at all now I don’t know if I accidentally changed a setting or did something but I’ve been trying to get this fixed because this is the only way I can play for my livestream. What could have happened? And what can I do?

What kind of mouse are you using and have you tried a different mouse? If moving the USB connection gets it to work it may be a bad connector on the mouse or the keymander so trying a different mouse will tell us where the problem is.

I’m using a wireless Logitech m510 I was thinking of buying a new mouse just wasn’t sure if that was the right call

Do you have a normal office mouse you can try? Even if it does not track properly just to see if it functions properly.

No sadly I only have this one mouse but it won’t be a problem getting another I just don’t wanna get a new mouse then find out it’s the keymander with the problem and have to spend more on a new one

Understood, how about trying the mouse on a PC ? We can at least check to see if the mouse is good that way.

Have you tried using simulation or play mode through the software? Try leaving the mouse in the PC and using simulation or play mode.
