So I have the Xbox one, a Crosair wirless mouse, and a Razer Tartarus v2. Most of the time, everything works just fine, but sometimes Ill be in the middle of gameplay and my controls start to stick. I.E.- Looking left and the crosshairs will just keep going as If Im constantly pushing to the left, or walking forward a step, taking my finger off but my character continues to move. When this first happened I would be able to just uplug the Keymander from my xbox, plug it back in and everything would work properly, until it happened again. But now when I try t unplug it and plug it back in it wont even read that its plugged in and whatever game I am playing will tell me my controller is disconnected. It almost seems that I am sucking too much power because when I try to also use my headset, It will just beep at me and the power on everything will cycle. (I work around that by using a second controller to listen and talk through) For a while, simply switching the gamepad port with the keyboard port worked, but that fails now too. Connecting it to both the Xbox and a power source does not seem to help. ( I thought it might help if I was in fact sucking too much power ) It shouldnt be sucking that much power though as I dont have to power the mouse, just My controller and the Tartarus.

    Hello!
Do you have rechargeable batteries in your controller?
Also other then the GAME port connected do you have any other port connected on that side of the keymander?

No, I dont have any batteries in the controller. As for the second question, I have tried the game connected to my xbox on its own, and I have tried the Game connected to my xbox, as well as the power connected to a USB phone charger.

Does the controller power light turn off? If not, can you regain control by moving the controller sticks?
We have had some similar complaints and trying to find the common point so we can find a resolution.

Sometimes yes and others no, but regardless of whether I regain control or not it has never lasted more than 30 seconds before cycling again. Also yes the controller turns on and off, as does the tartarus.

Ok, this is different than what I had thought and does seem like an over-current situation. Can you turn of the lights on the Tartarus and the mouse without software? If so, I'd like to see if reducing the current draw of the lights makes a difference. If not, do you have a standard keyboard you can use with the mouse so we can test if it still shuts off?

No, the lights are automatic and i also think this is a current issue. The thing is, I used it for 4 hours straight today and had 0 problems, I did use the App to add settings though. It just sometimes it does not want to stay on.

That is odd, does this happen with any other keyboard set? Let us know if it happens again and if any changes have been made.

Last time you played did you change any of the cabling?
