The mouse in the GKM602R kit has 3 dpi settings, maxing out at 2000 dpi. This is the setting you want to use with KeyMander, and unless you accidentally press the - button on the top it will stay at this setting. The turn speed when aiming down sight can be set independently of the aim/look setting so you can increase or decrease the speed as needed. The G402 is a much higher end mouse than the one included in the GKM602R, so if you have that available you should be using it instead. Remember to configure and save all your G402 mouse settings in the Logitech software first, or the mouse will revert to the default settings when you plug it into KeyMander and you will not get the highest performance level your mouse can provide. When I use my aim down sights its extremely slow turning around. I ended up going back to my Logitech G402 mouse and my Dell Keyboard which both seem to work. But I find the GKM Mouse to be much more comfortable. I have noticed there is a slight delay in MW3 and BF4 when I use the mouse buttons. — Pulse
The problem with pressing A+W+Left Shift to sprint diagonally as you mentioned is likely caused by your Dell keyboard not being an "anti-ghosting" keyboard. In standard membrane technology PC keyboards the keys are not discretely output, meaning pressing multiple keys at once can cause some keys not to register. Here's some specific info about it, but anti-ghosting issues are not related to the KeyMander at all. If you have issues using the Left Shift for sprint, you can map it to a different keyboard key or mouse button. If I use the keyboard to sprint in BF4 pressing left arrow and up arrow at the same time the guy stops running. On PC I don't get that issue. So its definitely a firmware issue. On the 360 controller if I go diagonal say pushing the joystick to the top right side he runs in that direction without stopping after taking 3 steps. So im a bit confused on that aspect — Pulse
There are no viruses in the KeyMander app or firmware as confirmed by multiple anti-virus scanners used prior to uploading, so if you are experiencing issues from a virus it did not come from any of our servers. You may want to review your .NET framework version and update it if it is out of date.Oh and by the way your firmware has a bug since it crashed my .NET application my computer has been malfunctioning. Makes me wonder if your apps contain virus's too. I know it did because I closed your software and the .NET application started back up. — Pulse
Which mouse is changing speeds by itself, the GKM602R mouse, the G402 mouse, or both?Mouse keeps changing its speeds on its own right after I set it up, You have 2 acceleration types, and the + and - button on the mouse keeps resetting. — Pulse
This is normally the result of exceeding the game's maximum turn speed (see Maximum Turn Speed here), but I need more information to better help. A sensitivity setting of 200 is way too high, and is probably exceeding the turn speed limit of both games, but it should be better in MW3 than BF4 because the turn speed limit in MW3 is much higher. Upload the profile you're using or upload a screen shot of your setting as we can help dial it in.The Mouse app speed is at max, my ingame sensitivity is at 10 max for mw3 and aim down is super slow but in the keymander its at 200. its amazing how my look without aim down sight is 100 and its really fast. But ADS is super slow. — Pulse
Our video says to increase the game's aim/look sensitivity to maximum, which is 20 (Insane) in the game's options menu as seen below:1.) Your instructions say put it on max speed check your video. — Pulse
The GKM602R does not have a place to save the resolution, only dpi adjust buttons on top of the mouse. Press the dpi+ button (circled in the image below) until the mouse wheel light blinks 3 times indicating it is set to maximum resolution (2000 dpi).2.) Your GKM602R wouldn't save speeds it kept resetting to default slow speeds. — Pulse
If you have any specific suggestions that could improve the ease of use or setup, please feel free to list them here or in the KeyMander Wishlist thread.3.) Make a product more user friendly. — Pulse
