Keymander is not working properly

    I`ve done everything (software update and imported the profile)
    I saved and uploaded to keymander.

    When i connect the keymander to Xbox One (black) all buttons don't work (keyboard), however the mouse is working perfectly. Example: (Xbox - botton X / i configured in the keyboard - R / but when i use the keymander i have to use the letter M)

    I tried everything, but i am still have the same issue.

    my mouse and keyboard brand is Bakth.

    What should i do?

    how do i setup the movements up manually.

    i can set X - A - B - Y up. however i cant setup the movements manually (left, right, up and down).

    Because when i use the keymander to play, if i want to go to the left side in my keyboard i need to use the number 1. If i want to go to right side i need to use the number 5.

    What Can i do to fix that too?

    It sounds like the keyboard may not be talking properly, the WASD should be set to the left joystick by default.

    Have you tried a different keyboard?
