if i do direct button mapping is there a way that i can save it to Keymander so that i don't have to use the software to map my keys?

Direct button mapping should save to the keymander. If it is not saving try connecting the Keymander to a PC and run the software. This should activate the profiles properly, then you can disconnect and use direct button mapping to save.

You would have to make sure you switched to a different profile that where your RB6 settings are located. A key thing to note though, if you are setting up the KeyMander without a PC, there is only one default profile for each console. If you load several profiles using your PC, you can make each of them for your console type (PS4, XB1, etc.) and then change each one as needed. Just remember what profile you are using for each game and you're good to go.

On the keymander is there a way I can have separate key mapping to each game I play. Like for example if I want r to be reload in one game and if I switched to a different game and want to use r for something different is there a way to do that.

Yes that is possible! You can load up to 8 profiles on to Keymander at a time and each one can have different keybindings.

Once they are uploaded you would just press the corresponding F1-F8 keys to select the profile you want.
