I did have it on the side and I moved it to the ports on the back and I'm still having the same issue.

I've been trying things out for a few hours now. I found that when it starts moving and shooting on its own, if I pick up the mouse and wait for it to stop moving and shooting the mouse button and slider work fine. I put it back down and aim and it aims on its own again. Not sure if this is useful at all. It has to be something wrong with the aiming input.

Can you check what the polling rate is set to on your mouse. You may have to do this through the corsair software.

It's currently set at 1000 Hz but can be set to 500, 250, and 125 as well.

Try the other settings and see if it makes any difference.

I set my polling rate to 500Hz and it still had an issue, but it wasn't as bad as at 1000Hz. I dropped it down to 250Hz and this seems to have fixed the problem.

What firmware version are you running? You can try reloading or updating the firmware.

Also do you know what polling rate you have it set to?

The latest, ive reloaded software several times, is polling rate DPI? If so its 2000 with 6000DPI Corsair Harpoon...

The polling rate is a separate setting on the mouse, does this mouse have any kind of software it can run on a PC? Usually there is where the polling rate can be changed.

What software version is your KeyMander running? This is a compatibility issue that was fixed in the last version .122. Also can run it at 500Hz and that will fix it too.

When you go to Help> Settings> i the firmware and software show version 1.3.122?
Go to the mouse driver on your PC and set the polling rate at 500ms and save that to the mouse, not the PC. Then try again with KeyMander.

I love keymander. However, like most I'm having the jittery mouse issue. Ive got the kaliber gaming mouse and keyboard from the bundle. My DPI is set at 2000. Ive edited all my ingame settings for bf5 on ps4 per your awesome profile. Is there a way you can send me a screenshot of the desire sensitivity settings for keymander? Do I need a better mouse? anything would be helpful as I feel im so close to having everything working!

Are you using a softpad or hardpad for your mouse?
The Pixart 3360 sensor inside your mouse has a maximum DPI of 12,000, which means Redragon is using software to double to sensitivity steps. That can be a problem when since everything is artificially boosted. I would normally suggest you set sensitivity on a mouse with the 3360 sensor at 4K or 5K to test the feel in your game, depending upon what type of mouse pad you are using. Since I do not know how they are interpolating the sensitivity steps, I'd suggest first loading our Apex Legends Low Sensitivity profile (make sure you use the in-game settings listed for it) and testing it at 3000 to 3500 and see how smooth it feels, but don't worry about the speed yet. If the mouse feels jittery you need to try a lower dpi setting until it feels smooth and you can track targets while moving. You will not only need to lower the mouse and KeyMander dpi setting, you may need to also lower the sensitivity in the Apex Legends LS profile a little depending on how it feels while tracking targets. Spend some time moving and shooting in the training area and see what you find out.

I’m using a razor deathadder elite and the dpi goes to 16000 but the keymander only has 10000, should I put my mouse at 10000 or 16000?

Except for special (weird) cases the KeyMander and mouse dpi setting should always match. What game are you playing?

Hi, so my mouse's (Razer Deathadder Elite) max dpi is 16000, but the max for keymander is 10000 if I have my mouse set to 16000, will that affect the minuscule movements. I'm using it at 16000 and it's very hard to make small movements and aim properly. Cause before, I had it at my regular which was around 800 and it was pixel jumping. but I could at least aim with it. Idk if that can be fixed, if so plz lmk. Oh also I'm on PS4, the game is rainbow six siege, and I'm using the sample profile, but I changed it up a little.

Definitely use it at 10000. That extra 6,000 is doing you no favors in consistency. I have a mouse that goes up to 12,000 and I use it at 4,000 on sone games and 5,000 on others. Experiment with different dpi settings and find one that works for you and your equipment.

What Prowler said is spot on. Most games, especially R6S I use 4000dpi, and games with heavy aim-assist I usually play at 5000 or higher to help break out of the aim-assist bubble if it cannot be turned off in the menu. Our default suggestion is max DPI and then as you get better with KeyMander start testing different settings to see what plays best for your style of play in your game. Conversely, if you like aim-assist, you can test 3500dpi in games like Call of Duty as it will allow the aim-assist bubble to "pull" harder onto targets, just makes headshots much harder since the bubble will usually pull you onto the body.
