Mnk and controller randomly disconnect and makes a bip sound in my headphones

    So I play with the USB cable I received in the box of the keymander. Sometimes when I play a game with the device (keymander), my Mouse n Keyboard stop working and I hear a beep sound in my headphones. Also I can't use my controller until I take out the USB cable from it after hearing the sound.

    I would like to know if it is a USB cable problem, a mouse n keyboard problem or if it is a problem with my keymander.

    My mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013 Gaming Mouse 6400 DPI
    Keyboard: COMMANDER Gaming Gear Combo (Red Light) ONLY USING THE KEYBOARD IN THE COMBO

    Please I need a quick answer, because I am so tired of dealing with this problem and if it continues I will need to stop playing with the keymander :cry:

    Have you tried swapping out the USB cable with another one? Also what console are you on ?
    And are you using simulation/play mode or going directly to keymander?

    I am on Xbox one S, I tried 2 different USB cables and it did the same thing and I go directly to keymander

    Do you have rechargeable batteries in the controller? If so take them out and run the controller without batteries.

    I did that and it happen more rarely but I still get the beep sound sometimes and I just have to unplug and plug the usb cable on my xbox controller

    Hmm you may still need more power, what other cables do you have connected to the keymander? have you tried connecting a Mini USB cable to the POWER port?
