    You have a great point Jay, and we are working to fix this. It was originally thought that everyone would have a number of these cables laying around at home, but it was only after we started seeing how poorly made and out of USB spec many of the common micro USB cables are that we realized this is a problem for our users. We are currently working to add a cable to the package in the near future.
