Keymander firmware issue

    I have plugged my keymander into my PC for both the PC and power slots. I have downloaded firmware and software. My application(software) will open fine, however when i go to HELP>FIRMWARE UPGRADES and open the firmware to update/run it i get a spinning green circle until the application eventually closes. I have tried what others suggested from that point and opened the firmware after that without being in the application, however i get an error code: 4183. It says i have no HD device attached to USB port(even though I do) and that the firmware update has failed.

    When your software locks up do you see the light on the Keymander continue to blink? Or does the light never blink?

    The blinking light is what tells us if it is in firmware mode or not.
