We don't recommend having two dongles side by side due to RF noise issues. It will likely work but with reduced range performance.

Hello I have two different mouses I’ve attempted to connect with my Xbox one the keyboard and everything else is fine but the neither one will connect. One is a Logitech performance mx and the other just a wireless mouse that came with the keyboard. They both have the usb connectors and not sure what else to do any help would be appreciated thanks

Is the keyboard working correctly and you can move around in game, or is it only moving on the home menu using the arrow keys? If so, that means the KeyMander is not seeing the controller connected and you can test this by using our cable as shown here.

My mouse is not working at all

Brand-new xbox one s with new logitech keyboard and G203 mouse. Can get the keyboard to work, but the mouse doesnt work at all. nothing.

Keyboard works, yes. In game. This is on a brand new Xbox One S. Keymander itself seems to be functioning. Mouse is lit, so its getting power.

Okay so you can navigate in game using the WASD keys? What lights do you see on the keymander? Also lets test the connection of your controller.

To test the cable shutoff the controller then reconnect it to the keymander ( make sure xbox is on ). If the controller turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it buzzes and turns off then it is just a charging cable.

controller works when connected. All cables are data/power cables. (tested that already)

Just to make sure I am clear, in a game you are able to move your character around, jump, etc. but the mouse does nothing as if it is not connected? It's very odd for the keyboard to be able to have full operation and the mouse not work. Normally we see the keyboard have arrow key control only when the mouse doesn't function, which means the controller is not seen by KeyMander, usually due to a bad cable.

Have you guys gotten the Amazon keyboard working yet?

We have not tested the huntsman but other razer keyboards like the black widow work without a problem so I do not see you having an issue.
Does your G502 work with the normal mouse buttons or nothing works at all? What console are you on?

my g502 is not working it.it works like a regular mouse and does not appear on my gaming software when connected to the keymander. What should I do. I was able to make the huntsman keyboard work.

The Logitech software will not see the mouse if it is connected to the Keymander. To use the G502 to its full capacity you will need to connect it to the PC you are using and use simulation or play mode to use the keymander. This can be done using the keymander software.

I haven’t tried it since it didn’t work. I haven’t been using the krymander lately cause the profiles on it got wiped and my cousin had been very busy so the app is going to be huge for me. But once I get the app I will tell you guys if it works or not :)

I tried using the play mode and simulation mode and nothing. The mouse works but does not configure any of the buttons you set up. I have another issue when in simulation or play mode my pc freezes the only way to back out is to disconnect the keymander why is that.

Mouse works on a mac and PC, but not the keymander. Don't know what you mean by bad cable, since the keyboard works, so the cable to the controller must be working, and the cable to the mouse is the mouse USB cable, and it works on other devices (pc, mac). This is really frustrating.

I have a gamdias ares v2 gaming combo the mouse works fine the keyboard works but only if I conncect it to the pc and the mouse to the keymander if I try the keyboard directly to the keymander it won't

Can you tell me what configurations are not working with the mouse. All you need is the logitech software and the keymander software.

Have you tried upgrading the firmware on the keymander, also do you have another mouse you can try?Also have you tried connecting the mouse to a PC and use simulation/play mode in our software?

This most likely means that the keyboard needs to detect a computer for it to operate properly.

Do you know if the corsair scimitar and Asus rog spatha work with keymander. If not its fine

Unfortunately we have not tested this equipment but that does not mean it won't work, we have tested other Corsair mice that work properly.

Does the S101 red dragon and M601 mouse work with the keymander?

We have not tested the S101 red dragon so I cannot guarantee it will work. The M601 will not work with keymander, in our testing it failed.
