Controller will not connect with Keymander [XB1]

    Hello,I am playing on Xbox one and I am having trouble connecting my controller with my Keymander. My current setup is Controller connected to the Gamepad port. Included Micro USB connected from PC to the PC Port & Included Micro USB connected from Xbox one to Game port. I had gotten this setup to work previously with COD:WWII. I have not touched my Keymander in about 2 weeks and upon returning to try to use it, My controller will just blink instead of turning on. Though I can plug the controller directly into the Xbox and it will turn on perfectly fine. [Current troubleshooting I have done] I have tried using a different controller and different Micro USB cables to connect it and the same issue occurs.

    From what ive read if you plug your xbox controller into the keymander and it just blinks then that cable you're using is just a charging cable and not a charge and sync cable.

    Try shutting off the Xbox, then disconnect it from power as well. Reconnect the power to the Xbox, and make sure the Keymander is also connected. Then turn on the Xbox.
