Just got my keymander, followed the instructions and tutorials, profile is saved onto the keymander and have the official cables connected correctly along with the controller.

When i try to use the play mode it doesn't allow me to do any input from either mouse or keyboard.
When i have it connected with everything to console with mouse and keyboard in the back of the keymander, same thing, nothing happens, it just simply wont work at all, iv gone through so many posts looking for the solution but nothing i read is helping.
Please help.
