Kg mouse / Kg Keyboard... only the mouse works

    I purchased everything from you guys, so i would not have compatibility issues. Mouse works great, but no response from the keyboard.It was the combo pack with the Keymander..
    Any help would be great.

    What port do you have the USB receiver connected to ? Make sure it is in the keyboard port.

    Also can you connect the keyboard to a PC and see if it works properly there.

    I am having the same problem. It works when in my laptop but it's didn't work on my Xbox. (My mouse and keyboard are a FlagPower keyboard and mouse). The keyboards LED lights up like it's working but doesn't work. Please try and help me

    If you press F9 do you get a Beep from the keymander?

    We also need to make sure the cable from the controller to the keymander is a good cable. To test the cable shutoff the controller then reconnect it to the keymander ( make sure xbox is on ). If the controller turns on and stays on then it is a good cable. If it buzzes and turns off then it is just a charging cable.
