Did the reset now blue light won’t come on

    What was the reset done for ? Was it to correct a problem ?

    Have you tried the Firmware recovery process ? If not try that out and let me know how it goes.

    Yes I have.
    My son tried downloading firmware last Friday. Took out wires after half an hour on update screen. After that, it said the device wasn’t recognized. Tried the recovery process, but after letting go of reset button, blue light stopped flashing and wouldn’t light up after. Update failed b/c device not recognized.

    Do you have anything connected to the Keymander other then the PC when doing this?

    Keyboard? mouse? Controller?

    No after recovery process is thru, as soon as I let go of reset button, blue light goes out, it isn’t recognized on the website, and it still does not come on when the mouse or keyboard goes in. Should I try connecting the power cable to a usb power adapter that is NOT the pc?

    Yeah you can try connecting it to a wall outlet.
    Try holding the reset button for 10 seconds after you reconnect the cables.
