I click on it and download it then, I open the software and press help and I nothing besides the application

Hello again my marcos thing is still not working when i upload it its work until i turn of my console then when i turn it back on it does not work

And also when ever I create Marco it work until I go in a game then it stop to make it work again I would have the unplug keymander from game console then re upload everything is their anything I can do for this
