The DPI in keymander was set to 5670 and I was using the preset for rainbow.

I have a SteelSeries Sensei RAW Laser gaming mouse and I have been having quite a bit of issues with jittery/strange movement.

The maximum CPI of my mouse and that I have set the settings to is 5670 so I did not think this would be an issue. I have adjusted in-game sensitivity and deadzone to the place every post says, but I have still noticed a good amount of jittery movement. Not only that, but I can not look DIAGONAL. The response to horizontal and vertical movement is not horrible, but it is almost nonexistent when I try to move the mouse in a horizontal direction. I have mainly been trying to get this set up for Rainbow Six Seige, but I am continuing to test on other games as well.
