Hi, I've been using the Keymander for a few years now, and it's great. Recently i've encountered a weird glitch, or some malfunction. I play lots of overwatch and I have a smurf account (alternative account). Recently my main accounts sensitivity has become different from what it originally was. I left to go eat something, but when I came back the sensitivity was different. I don't know how. And I haven't been able to fix it to what it used to be on my main. Even though I fixed the sensitivity on my alternative account. I double checked my in-game settings and everything from both accounts, they're the same, but my main account's still "jittery", it's hard to describe. Right now I have the game uninstalled and i'm re-installing it to see if anything's changed. It might be a problem with the Keymander, it may be an in-game problem, or it may be because of some sensitivity glitch on my xbox's account. I can't track down the problem, any help would be appreciated. I can send a video to show what's going to help you get a better understanding on the problem if you'd like as well.

Is there a status on when the keymander app will be coming out? I’ve been waiting for around 3 months or so.

Hey I’m wondering if there was something that happened to the IOGEAR Keymander app on iOS because you said it may take a few weeks for the app to get verified when it’s maybe been around 2 months

do you know what the apps supposed to be called? I’ve been looking it up in the App Store every day just don’t know the actual name.

I was wondering if there was a release date for the keymander app because I was playing some comp overwatch and it skipped legit 5 pixels on a easy kill I tried to get, because of the sensitivity thing because I can’t use profiles due to me not having android or a device with windows I’m just annoyed by having it happen so I was wondering when the app was dropping

I only have a MacBook so I can’t use the sample profiles I tried boot camp but that didn’t work either and I’ve been using 10000 aswell so I’m just really lost

So I’ve been using the keymander since February I’ve noticed in some games it’s nice for Fortnite but in Overwatch, or Rainbow 6 Seige it’s weird and moves like it’s moving 5 pixels and skipping pixels which I got used to but I’ve been getting really annoyed by it any help? I just want it to be smooth I have a Logitech g603 so it can go up to 12000 dpi idk if it’s the dpi or something I just can’t find a sweet spot to make it smooth i wanna be able to do flicks like the video below but it’s not smooth and I’ll flick and by 5 pixels off

Idk why it fixed itself over night so ya fine now thank you for helping me any way though. :) The product is a life changer for my gaming experience.

I can’t get my keymander out of kb mode I had this happen before and I just pressed f12 and on till f1 to fix it. This time it wouldn’t go out of kB mode and now the keymander won’t work
