Its been hooked up the same for 6 months?

Yes I have multiple controllers and cord with or without batteries

Yea ever time I play! Sometimes it acts like it is work but doesn’t I have to unplug and plug it back in a bunch of timeS. I love it when it works but at this point I am thinking about sending it back to the company or selling it.

Any idea on what the problem is?

So I dont think it was the cord now. Sometimes it works other times it dose not. If I unplug it and plug it back It will work for a few minutes and then it will stop. And the same goes for the audio. Every time I go to play this product is giving me problems and not working. I have switched cables, bought expensive cables, switched controllers, .... etc. I love the item when it works but I spend more time trying to get it to work then I do playing.

I have a good cable and it works every now and again. I have to reset my controller 3 or 4 times. Sometimes it works with battery’s in and some times out. This is frustrating.

I unplug from the keymander and it works but as soon as I plug it in I get nothing

I got it to work last night with head jack but today it’s not working again

Yes it works with the controller without keymander. Right now I am useing a second controller to get audio.

I have an Xbox 1 btw
