Well I have tried having an extra cord for power. Also tried not having a battery pack while playing. Also tried having everything plugged in and ready before turning off Xbox. In regards to updating the software anyway you could link me to the newest software update ? I remember back when I first got the keymander I tried updating the software but for some reason I couldn't. Will update on info once I get home to attempt the update once again.

Bruh finally I been looking for this forum lol. Mine disconnects for like 5 seconds but I always die in fortnite bc of it... I'm trying everything you guys suggested and hope it fixes my issue
