Hey mine been having this problem for ages, want to exchange mine also?

I'm having the same issue Nicholas was having, my dpi settings are correct and I've spent about an hour trouble shooting already... Other games profiles work better on this game than this profile for me. Using profile for bf1 on this game and it still feels wonky.

im going to test macro/turbo mode on my ps4 today at some point if I get a chance

im using the one x and im using the usb's on the back of the console. When I use the same mouse on my pc it doesn't have this issue so I doubt its the mouse. Steel series Rival 100.

Bro take out the rechargeable battery pack on the controller plugged into the keymander, and plug it usb into the back of the xbox and not the front usb

Tested keymanders turbo mode and macro config and while in game both just totally wreck the keymander and make it unusable.

also in games like BF1 I have noticed that it is not inputting my actions fast enough, for example lets say I click my mouse 6 times in 2 seconds well only half of those shots will actually happen even if the rifle itself is capable of shooting 6 times in those 2 seconds.. Very frustrating.

I am also having the same issue with my mouse macros not working. When I activate my macro it's like the keymander just doesn't recognize the input and generator the wrong output, let's say I make a macro for my left mouse click to activate left mouse click turbo mode it will spam right mouse click.

So after testing turbo mode it really doesnt work, it constantly stops and pauses, no idea why this would be a hard fix but I've read it's no where near a priority of the dev team.. /shrug.

I can confirm that bf1 and battle front 2 using front usb with rechargeable battery pack cause disconnect on my one x

After days of trouble shooting I got it fixed.

Remove battery on xbox controller, plug usb into back of xbox. Wow that simple. Please update ur pfdf manual to include how to trouble shoot the xbox one x.

Finally got the wireless mouse and keyboard combo to work again, but now it just spams shooting until completely out of ammo... and yes turbo mode is off...

I'm 100% ready to send all this in under warranty.

Just the one blue power light is on.

Firm ware is current. I've already tried factory reset. 100% think broken.

Noticed when I changed the mouse dpi settings in game it immediately triggered the symptoms to come back tried to re create this happening but no luck.

Pushing backwards for one second and releasing makes me walk backwards for 5 seconds total just another symptom
